Warranty Policy
Top Flight Appliance Repair, LLC

This Limited Warranty applies to parts and labor purchased from Top Flight Appliance Repair, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
What This Limited Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the applicable Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Top Flight Appliance Repair, LLC will repair or replace, at its discretion, parts that prove defective due to improper materials or workmanship.
What We Will Do to Correct Problems
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective part using new or refurbished replacement parts at no charge for the covered portion of labor and parts, as applicable.
Warranty Period
Labor Warranty
Labor performed by Top Flight Appliance Repair, LLC is warranted for 90 days from the date of the initial repair.
Parts Warranty
OEM Parts: 12 months (365 days) from the date of the initial repair
Aftermarket Parts: 90 days from the date of the initial repair
Replacement parts assume the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
* Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship
* Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
* Normal wear and tear
* Issues caused by power surges, electrical issues, water damage, fire, flooding, or acts of God
* Commercial use unless expressly agreed in writing
* Pre-existing conditions or unrelated appliance failures
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must contact Top Flight Appliance Repair, LLC to report the issue and allow us to inspect the appliance and determine the appropriate solution.
Communication Regarding Warranty and Service
Warranty communications, service updates, and repair-related notifications may be delivered via SMS text message when a mobile phone number is provided and customer consent is given.

Limitation of Warranty
This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Top Flight Appliance Repair, LLC. All other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
